"I have been a client for over 20 years and recently have changed banks and it’s been nothing but a nightmare for the past 5 to 6 months they cannot remedy the problem with my auto with payment on their end after I’ve exhausted everything that I could do through my bank and myself From changing, checking account to debit card and back-and-forth and going through all the text message hoops that you have to do repeat it over and over every month because they can’t fix it and I feel that they don’t care and they just keep repeating themselves telling me we won’t know until the Time. I’m seriously considering finding another agent."

"VERY unhappy and honestly BLOWN AWAY with the inadequacy of this agency. We are STILL outstanding on a very small (relative) claim 11 months in with this agent NOT following through to help us at their client of over 25 year (my husband). We have constantly been told complete lies as they are NOT the same stories we've gotten from the Claims dept as I've even been on conference calls with the claims and the company due the payment. We have spend countless hours over months to settle this claim from a rental car incident last December and I am in total shock. My previous insurance experience prior to marriage was with a great company whose reps took care of everything no matter what including chasing anything or handling anything without any need for me to do anything (my only interaction was an accident to me by another driver). I was told that THAT is what you pay THOUSANDS for >> your rep to take care of you. This agency has NEVER stepped up to help us and we have had to do ALL the legwork which clearly, 11 months later still isn't accomplished. We switched to MY old company after the first few months of dealing with this SIMPLE issue they still can't seem to resolve."

"The last year has been absolutely miserable dealing with this office. Started in February when I took my old car off that I sold. Next month my current car is gone and I’m paying for the old one. I call them and they said they fixed it. (They didn’t) I get notified from my bank next month saying I need to have insurance on my car because it’s being financed. Had to deal with both of them to get clarification that I was actually insured. Next bill comes SAME THING MY OLD CAR! For 4 months I got billed for my old car and every time I called I got the same exact excuse for it. It’s now November I just canceled my policy with them and can’t deal going back and forth with them. Spent 8 months dealing with mistakes this office made and they tell me I owe them $450 because THEY SCREWED UP!!! Had State farm since I was 16 here and after 13 years I’m done. Worst year ever dealing with this office."
